摘要
Abstract
Objective To measure the level of BNP and ET in patients with chronic ob-structive pulmonary disease (COPD) and therefore to investigate the pathogenesy of BNP and ET in COPD.Methods 28 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD,24 patients with stable COPD,and 26 healthy subjects were recruited, the levels of BNP and ET were measured by radioimmnoassay.Results The levels of BNP and ET were significantly higher in AECOPD patients than in healthy subjects and in stable COPD patients (P < 0.01,P < 0.05 ; P < 0.01 ; P < 0.05), the levels of ET the levels of BNP and ET were significantly higher in stable COPD patients than in healthy subjects (P < 0.05; P < 0.05).Conclusions It is suggested that concentrations of plasma' s BNP and ET changed signifi-cantly in COPD, BNP and ET were possibly involved in pathogenesis of airway inflammation in COPD, and their variations in eoneentrations were related with the development of COPD.关键词
