复方祛风止痛外用颗粒的薄层色谱鉴别研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To set up the thin-layer ehromatogram method of the principal in-gredients in Gufeng topical analgesic compound particles,and to establish the foundation for the quality control standar.Methods The TCL method was adopted to distinguish the Flos Caryophyllata;Radix Clematidis.Ramulus Cinnamomi in this drug.Results The characteristic spots on the chromatogram of the preparation were corresponding to the ones of contrast product,and the negative contrast had on disturbance.Conclusions This method has the good of specialization,reproducibility,and sensitivity.It can be used for the quality control of Qufeng topical analgesic compound particles.关键词
