摘要
Abstract
Objective To comprehend the real condition of the prevalance of nosocomial infection (NI) in our hospital.Methods We got the data through bed-side examination, medical records and then made the statistic analysis.Results Among 870 investigated patients, 52 patients (5.98%) had 56eases (6.44%) NI.ICU,neonates department and neurosurgery were the departments that with high risk.The common N! position were the lower respiratory tract, operative wound, skin and soft tissue; Gram-negative bacteria is the main pathogen bacteria in 28 ones.The antibiotic usage was 43.33%.Conclusions It is recommended that specific surveillance is conducted in the departments with high risk for nosocomial infection, in order to reduce the nosocomial infection.关键词
