紫花苜蓿化学成分的研究
Chemical Constituents from the Aerial Part of Medicago sativa L.

Abstract
Nine compounds were isolated by solvent extraction, silica gel column and sephadex LH-20 column chromatog-raphy from the aerial part of Medicago sativa L. On the basis of MS and NMR spectral data, they were identified as ber-berine(1), emodin(2), emodin 8-O-β-D-glucoside(3), soyasapogenol B-3-O-β-glcA(4),o-hydroxybenzoic acid (5), (E)-p-hydroxycinnamic(6),(Z)-p-hydroxycinnamic(7), n-triacontanol(8) and β-daucosterol (9). Compounds 1-4 were isolated from Medicago L. for the first time.关键词
