摘要
Abstract
Objective To study The relationship between serum uric acid and ambulatory blood pressue and carotid artery artherosclerosis.Method All selected patients were carried out ambulatory blood pressure monitoring,carotid ultrasound examination,serum uric acid detection.Result The level of 24hSBP、dSBP,nSBP、24hPP、dPP、nPP and the ratio of Non-dipper blood pressure and carotid artery artherosclerosis in high serum uric acid group were higher than that in control group;and.there were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion There have more effect to the change of circadian rhythm of blood pressure and the carotid artery arthersclerosis in the patients of high serum uric acid.关键词
