摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effects of double-plates in internal fixation of adult humeral intercondylar fractures.Methods From August 2002 to March 2009,27 palients of adult humeral intercondylar fractures were reviewed.All the cases were treated with open reduction and internal fixation by double plates,and were followed up after discharge.Results The patients were followed up from 6 months to 48months with an average of 21.2 months.Bone union was obtained in all cases.According to the Cassebaum was 85.2%.Conclusion Double-plate fixation of adult humeral condylar fracture can provide the stability and permit early exercise.It is the better method to treat adult humeral condylar fracture.关键词
