大剂量甲氨蝶呤治疗恶性淋巴瘤患者的护理
The nursing of malignant lymphoma patients who used high dose MTX

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the use of high-dose methotrexate chemotherapy for patients with malignant lymphoma Nursing. Method 36 cases of malignant lymphoma treated with highdose methotrexate chemotherapy, observed throughout the course of treatment of care problems arising from, record and summarize its key points. Results HD - MTX chemotherapy nausea and vomiting, the incidence of the highest, reaching 52.8%, neurotoxicity least 5.6%, followed by adverse reations before the 4 nausea, vomiting, ALT increased, thrombocytopenia, oral mucositis. Conclusions Nurses need to be familiar properties and toxicity of drugs, and early prevention and timely treatment and strengthen the toxicity of care, so as to ensure the smooth progress of chemotherapy.关键词
