摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of epinastine with Centipede and natural indigo mix
ointment combined with liquid nitrogen refrigeration in the treatment of chronic eczema. Methods Eighty
patients of chronic eczema were divided into 2 groups randomly. The treatment group were treated with oral
epinastine once 20mg, once perday. Also, topical the centipede and natural indigo mix ointment was used
twice daily, combined with liquid nitrogen refrigeration to treat once every other day in the treatment group.
The lichenification of chronic eczema require an extension of time to turn white for treatment of refrigeration,
then to rewarming, which was also treated for interval of 2 minutes. The lichenification would be to turn
purplish black of refrigeration treatment for one or two times. The control group was treated with oral epinastine
once 20mg, once perday. Besides, topical cream mometasone furoate was also used once perday. The two
groups were treated for a month. Results The total effective rate of treatment group and control group were
92.5% and 72.5% respectively. There is a significant difference between the two groups ( P＜ 0.05 ).
Conclusion Epinastine with centipede and natural indigo mix ointment combined with liquid nitrogen
refrigeration is a safe and effective alternate means to treat chronic eczema.关键词
