Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of healing nursing in hip joint replacement in old suffer from fracture of femoral neck. Methods 118 cases of femoral neck fracture with age of 58～84 years were reviewed. Based on the characteristic of physiology and psychology of the patients,we cured the primary affection, control infect and did psychology nursing inform-operative. Postoperative we map out healing plan follow principle of individuation, gradualism and comprehension.And the effect of healing nursing was observed. Results Patients could eliminate misgiving and cooperate treatment actively through nursing inform-operative. Post-operative, timely healing exercise could promote the get well of illness limb. Conclusion The good psychology nursing inform-operative and a healing plan follow principle of individuation, gradualism and comprehension post-operative are the guarantee of the healing hip joint replacement in old patients suffer from fracture of femoral neck.关键词
