摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the standard nursing care of operation Laparoscopic Orthotopic ileal neobladder. Methods 26 cases of invasive bladder cancer, Do well preoperation guidance and mental nursing, strengthen the observation after the operation, implement good basic nursing at the same time strictly,do a good job of the nursing of the drainage tube, put in effect training the function of neobladder. Results Tintracoiporeal laparoscopic radical cystectomy were successful. All cases were followed up for 3 to 12months (average 8 months). By the end of 6 months, the mean of continence rate was, daytime and night respectively 88.5%(23/26)、 80.8%(21/26). Conclusion Mental nursing,the drainage nursing tube,training the function of neobladder are the key points of success,is an important research direction of nurse standard.关键词
