摘要

Abstract

By studying determination method for optimal assembly sequence, and using assembly part lists and optimal assembly sequence as input of the assembly process design system, this paper realizes the detailed assembly process design through mapping from the assembly function tree to assembly process mechanism tree. A method that describes assembly case through functional requirement, behavioral model and process mechanism model is proposed, and process similarity factor is presented to select the most similar case. An application example is provided to prove the effectiveness of the method.
