丹参药液经皮透入综合治疗对血管性痴呆患者P300的影响
Effects of comprehensive percutaneous medicament permeation of radix salviae miltiorrhizae on P300 of vascular dementia patients

Abstract
Objective To examine the role of comprehensive percutaneous permeation of radix salviae miltiorrhizae in treating event-related potentials( P300 )of vascular dementia patients. Methods A total of 60 patients were randomly classified into two groups: the treatment group( percutaneous permeation of radix salviae miltiorrhizae ) and the control group. The two groups were measured by means of Hasegawa s Dementia scale(HDS),activity of daily living (ADL) and event-related potentials (P300 ) by physical therapist before and after treatment. Results Compared with the control group, the treatment group manifested shorter latency and higher amplitude of Target P3 wave of P300 after treatment ( P＜0.01), and there was also significant difference in HDS and P300 within the treatment group before and after treatment (P ＜0.01). Conclusion Comprehensive percutaneous permeation of radix salviae miltiorrhizae is effective in improving the cognitive ability of vascular dementia patients, and it's also an assistant therapy method and one of the preventive measures for vascular dementia patients..关键词
