奥扎格雷联合醒脑静治疗老年急性氧化碳中毒疗效观察
Observation on curative effects of Xingnaojing injection in combination with Ozagrel on acute carbon monoxide poisoning

Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effect on using Xingnaojing injection combination with Ozagrel to treat the old patients with acute caron monoxide poisoning. Methods According to the order of admission time, divided sixty-eight old patients with actute carbon monoxide poisoning into the control group (Hospitalized before December 2007, 30 cases) and the treatment groups (Hospitalized after January 2008 , 38 cases).The control group was treated with conventional treatment, which is hyperbaric oxygem treatment(HBO). Couple with the treatment of the control group, the treatment group was added xingnaojing injection and ozagrel.The revival rates within 24 h of the two groups were compared.Maked a follow-up visit for 8 weeks, compared the DEACMP's (Delayed encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning) formation rate betweent two groups.Results In the reatment group,the revival rate (84.2%) within 24h was higher than that (66.7%) in the control group. 8 weeks later, the DEACMP's formation rate (13.1%)decreases obviously.The differences were significant (P＜ 0.05).Conclusion On the basis of HBO and convertional treatment, using xinaojing injection and ozagrel to treat the old patients with actute carbon monoxide poisoning can obviously promote early revival,and cut the DEACMP's formation rate.关键词
