CT在卵巢囊腺瘤及囊腺癌诊断中的应用
Application Value of CT in diagnosis of Ovarian Cystadenoma and Cystadenocarcinoma

Abstract
Objective To expiore the value of CT in diagnosis of ovarian cystadenoma and cystadenocarcinoma. Methods CT findings of 35 patients with ovarian cystadenoma and cystadenocarcinoma confirmed by surgery and pathology were reviewed retrospectively. Resuls Among the 35 cases, 17cases were serous cystadenoma, 10 cases were mucous cystadenoma, 6 cases were serous cystadenocarcinoma, 2 cases mucous cystadenocarcinoma.The CT findings of cystadenoma were thin and smooth wall with uniocular or multicular, lacks of the mural nodule. The cystadenocarcinoma findings were thick and irregular wall and septa, most of them had nodules no the wall or had solid parts.Conlusion Ovarian cystadenoma and cystadenocarcinoma have characteristic CT findings. CT is useful in diagnosis of ovarian cystadenoma and cystadenocarcinoma.关键词
