摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the value of dynamic half dose contrast enhancement MRI in the diagnosis of pituitary microadenomas.Methods 32 cases with pituitary microadenomas confirmed by clinical manifestation were studied by plain MRI scan, dynamic half contrast enhanced MRI and delayed enhanced MRI.Results The positive rate of diagnosis for pituitary microadenoma with plain MRI scan, dynamic half contrast enhanced MRI and delayed enhanced MRI was 53.13 ％ ,100.0％ and 75.0％.Conclusion Dynamic half dose contrast enhanced and conventional delayed enhanced MRI improved the rate of lesion detection, and the dynamic enhanced MR was the most sensitive in detecting lesions, conld be considered as the primary imaging modality in diagnosing pituitary microadenoma.关键词
