Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of early rehabilitation exercise on total hip arthroplasty on patients with femoral head necrosis due to developmental dysplasia. Methods After total hip arthroplasty on patients with femoral head necrosis due to developmental dysplasia (18 cases and 22 hip) were randomly divided into early rehabilitation exercise group(group A) and control group(group B).Before operation and after operation of 2,6,12month the Harris and Barthel indicate were evaluated in two group. Results Before operation the Harris and Barthel indicate was no different in the two group and after operation, Group A Harris and Barthel indicate was better than those of the control group, the differentiation was significantly(P＜0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation exercise can improving total hip arthroplasty of patients with femoral head necrosis due to developmental dysplasia.关键词
