22例复发脑膜瘤再手术疗效分析

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the curative effect and its influential factors of reoperational patients with recurrent meningiomas. Methods The clinical data, radiological findings, the degree of reexcision ,histological features and the relationship between quality of life(QOL) of 22 patients with recurrent meningioma who were performed reoperation between July 1997 and December 2006 ,were analyzed and evaluated retrospectively by a statistic software named SPSS 13.0. Results There is no significant differences of curative effect before or after surgery. The significant influential factor of the QOL after reoperation is the degree of reexcision, and the influence of radiological examinations and histological features has no significant differences in this study. Conclusions The main influencial factor of the curative effect after reoperation with recurxent meningiomas is the degree of reexcision.关键词
