脑室-腹腔分流术后并发症的分析及治疗
Clinical analysis and treatment of complications after ventriculoperitoneal shunt

Abstract
Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of postoperative complications after ventriculoperitoneal shunt (VP shunt ). Methods The clinical data of 17 patients with complication after operation among 2 weeks to 3 years, in whom186 underwent VP shunt for a variety of hydrocephalus,were analyzed retrospectively. Results The total incidence of complication was 9.1％. Of 17 patients, shunt tube obstruction in 4, intracranial infect in 7, intracranial hematoma in 4 and over drainage in 2. After treatment, 12 patients were cured, 1 with hemiplegia, 1 died and 3 died after being discharged. Conclusions Adequate preoperative preparation, strict disinfection and standard surgical procedure during operation, and close attention of the occurTence and treatment of the complication after surgery can prevent complications and improve curative effects.关键词
