摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of microRNA- 200b in endometrial adenocarcinoma and normai endometrium, to examine the association between microRNA- 200b expression and clinical outcomes.Methods The expression of microRNA- 200b was examined using real- time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT- PCR) in fresh- frozen specimens from 47 cases of endometrial cancer and 11 cases of normal endometrium.Results The expression of micorRNA- 200b was significantly up-regulated in endometrium of endometrioid adenocarcinoma carcinoma compared to normal endometrial tissue (P＜0.01).There were no significant differences among patients with different tissue types and clinical stages (P＞0.05).Conclusion The results indicate that mircorRNA- 200b may serve as a potential marker for distinguishing endometrium of endometrioid adenocarcinoma from normal endometrium.关键词
