不同水平Cl-对西瓜幼苗膜脂过氧化及活性氧清除系统的影响
Effects of Cl- levels on peroxidation of membrane lipid and scavenging system of active oxygen in watermelon seedlings

Abstract
Two multi-generation inbred lines of watermelon, 17C04 and JX-2, were used as test materials,and the effects of different Cl- levels were studied on the peroxidation of membrane lipid,antioxidant enzyme activities and antioxidants of the watermelon seedlings.The results showed that under Cl- stress, the MDA content and relative electrical conductivity in the leaves of the two lines’ seedlings were significantly higher than those of CK.With Cl- concentration rising,the SOD and POD activities of both lines gradually increased and were significantly higher than those of CK, but their CAT activity gradually reduced; the GSH content of both lines firstly increased and then decreased and was significantly higher than that of CK; the AsA content of JX-2 gradually increased while that of 17C04 firstly increased and then decreased.Under the same Cl- stress,JX-2 seedlings were significantly higher than 17C04 seedlings in leaves’ SOD activity and AsA content but significantly lower than 17C04 seedlings in relative electrical conductivity.关键词
