Abstract
This paper analyzed the consistency, sensitivity, timeliness and indication stability of the automatic reeling denier control respectively, and explained the influences of these factors to the denier deviation. The key of consistency is the determination of control samples by technical design. Tie sensitivity mainly depends on the mutation from solid friction to liquid friction near the thin limited denier, and the control point is the gasket thickness must be equal to the thin limited denier. The timeliness is completed by equipments, and the synchronous of the cocoon supply machine and the exploration set is the control point. The indication stability is needed to control during the processing. It is an intermediate variable and can only be controlled in a fuzzy interval.关键词
