γ辐照对'巴西蕉'体细胞胚发生的影响
EFFECT OF 60Co γ-RAYS IRRADIATION ON SOMATIC EMBRYOGENESIS OF Musa AAA CAVENDISH cv. ‘Baxijiao’

Abstract
Immature male flowers from 60Co γ-rays irradiated ‘ Baxijiao’ (Musa AAA Cavendish) were selected as explants for callus induction, followed by establishment of embryogenic cell suspension (ECS) and plant regeneration via somatic embryogenesis. The effect of irradiation on the plant regeneration capacity of ECS was also studied. The results showed that the irradiation doses of 20 to 80Gy could significantly increase embryogenic callus induction frequency. After 3 months selection and subculture, good ECS with high regeneration capacity were obtained. Similarly,20 to 80Gy irradiation could also significantly increase the plant regeneration capacity of the ECS, which suggested that low dose irradiation was good for somatic embryogenesis of ‘ Baxijiao’.关键词
