基于DSP的采煤机滚动轴承振动检测系统设计
Design of Vibration Detecting System for Rolling Bearing of Shearer Based on DSP
摘要
Abstract
The paper briefly described mathematics model of vibration of rolling bearing of shearer and structure and basic working principle of eddy-current vibration displacement sensor, proposed a design scheme of vibration detecting system for rolling bearing of shearer, which takes TMS320F2812 as core controller and eddy-current vibration displacement sensor as front signal collecting part, and gave hardware design and software flow of the system. The underground testing result showed that the system has high reliability and strong real-time performance.关键词
