针刀松解法对膝骨性关节炎模型大鼠血清炎性细胞因子的影响
Effect of acupotomv lvsis on serum inflammatory cvtokines of rats with knee osteoarthritis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:Observing effect of acupotomy lysis(AL) on serum inflammatory cytokines(IL-llβ,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α) of rats with knee osteoarthritis(KOA),to explore the mechanism of AL in treating KOA. Methods:Total 40 SD rats were randomly divided into normal group ,model group,electro-acupuncture(EA ) group and AL group.KOA model was induced by improved Murat method. After 4 weeks AL and EA group rats were treated respectively. Materials and serum inflammatory cytokine content were detected after 7 weeks. Results:The contents of IL-lβ,IL-6 and TNF-α were increased singnificantly in model group,there were a significant difference compared with normal group(P＜0.05). After AL treatment,the three substances were decreased,and the TNF-α content had a significant descend compared with model control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion:AL can regulate serum inflammatory cytokine of KOA rats,this may be one of the mechanisms of AL for KOA.关键词
