摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the differences of therapeutic effects and toxic reaction between the two doses of recombinant mutant human tumor necrosis factor ( rmhTNF )in the treatment of malignant pericardial effusion.Methods 56 patients with malignant pericardial effusion were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in conventional dose group and high dose group were respectively injected 5 and 15 million IU of rmhTNF via a pericardial catheter for successive 4 times.1 month after treatment, the curative effects and toxic reaction were evaluated according to the standards of WHO.Results In high dose group, total effective rate was 92.9％ and complete remission rate was 71.4％.In conventional dose group, total effective rate was 53.6％ and complete remission rate was 28.5 ％.There were statistical differences in curative effects between the two groups( P ＜ 0.05 ).Additionally, there was no significant difference of adverse reaction between them( P ＞ 0.05 ).Conclusion The curative effects of rmhTNF on malignant pericardial effusion are good and it has little toxicity.The high dose of rmhTNF has better efficacy than low dose and the adverse reactions will not increase accordingly.关键词
