美国转基因马铃薯田间试验分析
Field Trial Overview of Genetically Modified Potato in America
摘要
Abstract
A survey was made into the America database on field trials of genetically modified potato ( Solanum tuberosum L.)during 1989 to June 2010 in order to reveal the change characteristics and research trend of genetically modified potato in America.Results indicated that 925 field trials,taking 6.1％ of the total field trials numbers on genetically modified potato, were undertaken in 32 states during the last 20 years, dealing with 8 main target characteristics, and 27 research institutions.The accumulated trial areas reached 129 860.69 hm2.In addition, this paper also analyzes the factors effecting changes in field trial of genetically modified potato in America, and carries out discussion on the trend of transgenic potato breeding.关键词
