金属橡胶表面沉积镍基纳米TiN复合镀层的研究
Study on Ni-TiN Nanocomposite Coatings on the Metal Rubber

Abstract
NJ-TiN nanocomposite coatings were prepared by ultrasonic-electrodepositing method on the metal rubber (0Cr18Ni9Ti). The effects of TiN particles concentration, current density and ultrasonic power on the wear resistance were studied by the friction and wear test machine, scanning electron microscope and energy disperse spectroscopy.The result shows that the TiN particles concentration, current density and ultrasonic power have great effect on the wear resistance, the better process conditions of preparing NJ-TiN nanocomposite coatings on metal rubber are the temperature of electroplating solution 45 ℃ ,pH value 5, TiN particles concentration 6 g/L, current density 7A/dm2 and ultrasonic power 250 W. Cr element mass percentage decreases from 17.24% to 10.21%, Ni element mass percentage increases from 7.13% to 17.87% and Ti element mass percentage reachs 9.44%.关键词
