摘要

Abstract

The laser cladding on 1Cr17Ni2 stainless steel was taken. Crack growth in clad layer and single clad layer's microstructure were investigated. Based on single clad layer's optimized parameters, thin-wall part by multi-layers was achieved to investigate the multi-layer's microstructure property and distribution law. The results show that the deposited part is fully dense with rapid solidified microstructure and its micro-hardness is better than molten and wrought parts.
