摘要
Abstract
The SiC/Co composite coating was prepared on 45 steel substrate by laser cladding. The coating's microstructure, friction and wear properties were examined. The results show that the cladding layer is composed of γ-Co and Cr23C6. The bonding zone of the coating is branches crystal and the cladding layer is equiaxed crystal phase. Microhardness of the melting zone is between 1 300~1 500HK, which is 4 times higher than that of the substrate. The friction and wear properties of coating increases prominently compared with matrix.关键词
