Preparation and Tribological Behavior of a Self-assembled Film with Bionic Nonsmoothed Surface

Abstract
At first, kaolin was modified by using dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO). PET/kaolin composite microspheres were produced with polymer network gel method. IPN/ PET/kaolin composite film uniform distribution microsized convex hull/pit were prepared by improved evaporation-induced self-assembly (EISA) process. The influence on the friction factor and Ra of the self-assembled film by average diameter of composite microspheres, ultrasonic power,reac-tion temperature were researched by orthogonal experiment method. Coefficient of kinetic fric-tion precision measuring device was used to evaluate friction and wear properties between film and metal. Friction coefficient of the film surface (0.09~0.16) was obviously lower than that of the surface without the film (0.78). The results show that the selfassembled film has an excellent antifriction ability.关键词
