超声波频率和功率对涤纶织物化学镀银的影响
Effects of Frequency and Power on the Electroless Sliver Plating on PET Fabric Enhanced by Ultrasonic Wave

Abstract
In order to study the effects of frequency and power on the properties of electroless Ag-plated PET fabric, ultrasonic wave at the frequencies of 28, 40, 50 kHz and in the power of 100 W and 300 W were employed in the electroless silver plating by ultrasonic wave process. The plated fabric surface appearance and structural behaviour were investigated. The abrasion resistance, electromagnetic shielding performance, corrosion resistance, anti-oxidation, plating rate and adhesive strength etc were also measured and compared with the Ag-plated without ultrasonic wave. The results show that as compared with the Ag-plated fabric without ultrasonic wave, it changes a little that the adhesive strength, corrosion resistance and anti-oxidation of Ag-plated fabric enhanced by ultrasonic wave. But in the condition of 28 kHz and 100 W the plating rate increase, the surface appearance becomes compact and smooth, the grain size decreases, the abrasion resistance and electromagnetic shielding effectiveness are also improved.关键词
