Abstract
The corrosion of the nitric acid multiple-boiler made of 304L SS was studied by optical microscope,SEM and other surface technique. The experimental results show that the non-sensitive intergranular corrosion takes place on the 304L SS of the nitric acid multiple-boiler at 89℃,55% nitric acid. The corrosive medium diffuses towards both the steel inner along grain boundary and both side of grain boundary. The P content in grain boundary is higher 2 order of magnitude than that in grain, which induces the potential difference between the grain and grain boundary in corrosive medium, and resultes in the corrosion on the non-sensitive steel.关键词
