摘要

Abstract

Technology of High Velocity Arc Spray(HVAS) reasonable selection is an important decisive role in the property of coating. Through metallographic structure analysis of coating microshtructure, surface topography of coating and substrate, porosity and distribution of oxide preparaed by different technology of HVAS, the set of evaluated indexes was founded, whose weights are decided by comparative analysis; The model for the assessment was founded by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, based on which the effect of technology on property of coating. The result shows that the approach can trade off the indexes quatitative via combining the binary comparative analysis with FCA, which provides a reasonable basis for technology of HVAS selection.
