Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy, safety and operational technique of Stapled Transanal Rectal Resection (STARR). Methods 65 rectocele patients were divided into two groups. A group of 43 patients were treated with STARR procedure, and B group of 22 patients were treated with traditional surgery. The clinical data of two groups of patients were analyzed and summarized. Results The two groups had significant differences in efficient rate, operative time, postoperative hospital stay, blood loss, overall satisfaction score, etc( P ＜0.05). Conclusion STARR operation for rectocele had a significant clinical effect, and it was an safe and reliable new method.关键词
