摘要

Abstract

The cells based on samarium doped ceria (SDC) and ceria-salt-composite (CSC) electrolytes were prepared by molding method, the performance was tested in hydrogen/air atmosphere. Carbonate doped SDC reduced the open circuit voltage (OCV),the OCV gap of cells based on CSC electrolyte and SDC electrolyte reduced from 0.219 V (500℃) to 0.007 V (650 ℃ ). The maximum power density of the cell based on CSC electrolyte was 253.1 mW/cm2 higher than the one based on SDC electrolyte at 650 ℃.
