摘要

Abstract

A set of control system was researched and developed with PLC as its core for the independently developed repeated impact testing machine.Through PLC to control the output of solenoid valves in hydraulic oil circuit by PWM, the system facilitates the regulation of impact frequency of the testing machine from 0.0015 HZ to10HZ, and also achieves the impact count read-out and the auto-stop control upon the count overflow.A limit switch is used as DLS control of the punch, which has successfully prevented the test machine from damage caused by anomaly such as workpiece being knocked off.
