西伯利亚花楸试管苗保存技术
Research on conservation of Sorbus sibirica in Vitro seedlings
摘要
Abstract
Propagation system of vitro buds were effectively established from young stem segments of Sorbus sibirica being sterilized with 0. 1％ mercuricchloride for 6 minutes and cultured in MS propagation medium ( MS + 6BA 0.8 mg/L + NAA 0.08 mg/L + KT0.4 mg/L + IBA0.04 mg/L),different conservation conditions and mediums were studied on conservation effects of in vitro plant. The results show that vitro plants could be effectively conserved in refrigerator(2 ± 2)℃ more than 8 months, and their growth were significantly inhibited in medium( MS + agar 7 g/L + sucrose 50 g/L) and the in vitro conserved seedlings propagated, rooted and acclimatized and grew well.关键词
