Research on conservation of Sorbus sibirica in Vitro seedlings
摘要
Abstract
Propagation system of vitro buds were effectively established from young stem segments of Sorbus sibirica being sterilized with 0. 1% mercuricchloride for 6 minutes and cultured in MS propagation medium ( MS + 6BA 0.8 mg/L + NAA 0.08 mg/L + KT0.4 mg/L + IBA0.04 mg/L),different conservation conditions and mediums were studied on conservation effects of in vitro plant. The results show that vitro plants could be effectively conserved in refrigerator(2 ± 2)℃ more than 8 months, and their growth were significantly inhibited in medium( MS + agar 7 g/L + sucrose 50 g/L) and the in vitro conserved seedlings propagated, rooted and acclimatized and grew well.关键词
