Abstract
For quickly and high quality finishing Shanghai Copper RCM project,SMS - Siemag Technology Beijing use simulation technology,pretest and optimize routinesand technological functions before equipments shipped to site,in this way site commissioning time can be shorten. In the project preparation process, SMSSiemag applicant the "simulation" technology,the entire electrical automation system-from the console until the control software are installed in SMS-Siemag testing center for simulation, virtual manufacturing process. The whole automation system can be tested and optimized in the test field. Operator and maintenance people also can be pre-trained before doing real production. That ensures steep start-up curves and the production targets on site.关键词
