摘要
Abstract
A series of green products have been developed by studying the forming process and die design of the different products made of rice husk. And a set of compound die able to complete all the procedures is successfully designed to form a snack-box with single punching.The productive practice shows that, by changing the snack-box technology from the original multistage technique to one-step forming of the compound die, the manufacture cycle of the compound die is reduced to 5～8 seconds, process procedures is reduced and the production efficiency and products′ pass rate are improved.关键词
