摘要

Abstract

Cinnamomum camphora Brown spot often damaged branch and trunk of seedlings , which happened in Shanghai suburb Baoshan area. Through investigation and study, we found that the pathogen could invade host by wound, damage phloem of stems and cause the seedlings dead; According to morphologic and molecular biological characterization, the pathogen of this disease was identified as Guignardia nangiferae, its colony was olive green, the characterizations of sexual and asexual generation appeared on PDA medium, they were nearly elliptic conidia and fusiform ascospores; G. mangiferae and Guignardia citricarpa can be differentiated by ITS sequences.
