种植密度和顶端调节剂对烤烟质体色素及其降解产物的影响
Effect of Planting Density and Apical Regulator on Chromoplast Pigment and Its Degraded Products in Flue-cured Tobacco Leaf

Abstract
During 2008 -2009,a field experiment was employed to study the relationship between chromoplast p igment and its degraded products in flue-cured tobacco leaf under plant density and apical regulator(homemade)using the tobacco eultivar Jiyan No. 9 (local cultivars) in the Dunhua flue-cured tobacco producing area. Results showed that both of the treatments, namely planting density and apical regulator ,and their interactions extremely significantly affected the chlorophyll content,the carotenoid and the content of its degradation products in post-cured tobacco leaf.With the planting density decreasing, the chlorophyll content showed the tendency of decreased first and ascend later,the carotenoid showed an earlier raised and later decreased state,the neoplytadiene decreased;Apical regulator probably enhanced the physiological activity of tobacco plant and promoted the degradation and conversion of chromoplast pigment. The contents of neophytadiene and the degradation products of carotonoid in treatment of apical regulator B2 were evidently higher than that of B1 and B3. The present thesis concludes that structure of planting density 16 500 trees/ha and apical regulator B2 on the quality of flue-cured tobacco leaf was reasonable.关键词
