Expression of Eras Protein of Classical Swine Fever Virus with Fluorescent Label in Baculovirus Expression System
摘要
Abstract
To obtain labeled ETM protein of classical swine fever virus, the coding region of Erns and green fluorescent protein(GFP)was fused by genetic engineering technique,and expressed in Sf9 cells according to the manual of Bac-to-Bac baculovirus expression system. The results of Western Blot analysis and fluorescence microscopy show that the fused proteins were successfully expressed with spontaneous green fluorescent. The established method of obtaining the labeled protein will be helpful for further exploring the structure and function of Ernsprotein.关键词
