Influence of Drought Stress on Soybean Physiological Indexes
研究了不同生育时期干旱胁迫对大豆各生育时期生理指标的影响,采用胁迫系数与灰色关联度分析相结合的方法,对12个大豆品种抗旱性进行综合评价.结果表明:12个大豆品种在干旱胁迫下,叶片相对含水量(RWC)均下降,可溶性糖含量(WSS)升高,游离脯氨酸(Pro)含量逐渐增加,丙二醛(MDA)含量多数逐渐增加,过氧化物酶(POD)活性大部分表现为增强的趋势.将供试品种划分为3类:抗旱能力较强品种是:黑农56、哈5489、黑农59,灰色关联度为ri>0…查看全部>>
To investigate the drought resistance of soybean varieties, stress coefficient analysis and grey related correlation analysis were introduced into this experiment, which can identify the drought resistance of all the test varieties and provide the basis for the drought screening.
