淡豆豉中异黄酮提取工艺的优化研究
Research on Optimization of Isoflavone Extracting Technique from Semen Sojae Praeparatum
摘要
Abstract
The best extracting technique of Semen Sojae Paratum (SSP) were optimized by orthogonal test. The extracting contents of total isoflavone and genistein in SSP were determined by UV detector and HPLC, respectively. The results showed that the best technological process of isoflavone extraction was to reflux SSP by 70% ethanol 3 times and 2 hours for each time.The content of 70% ethanol was 8 times of SSP.关键词
