摘要

Abstract

A spectrophotometric method for the determination of lysozyme was established based on the on-line preconcentration with a La3+-TiOz-zeolite microcolumn. Effects of operation parameters on the extraction efficiency were optimized as follows: methanol as the eluent with a flow rate of 2.0 mL/min, sample pH of 5.0, sample flow rate of 1.2 mL/min, sample volume of 1.2 mL, and detection wavelength of 280 nm. The proposed method was employed for the determination of lysozyme in egg white, honey, and wine samples. The relative standard deviations of intra-day and interday were determined as 2. 1 o% and 2. 8%, respectively. The recoveries were higher than 90%. The method is simple, rapid, sensitive.
