基于文献计量分析的我国食品安全研究现状与发展趋势
Status and Development Trend of Food Safety Research in China Based on Bibliometric Analysis
摘要
Abstract
By using bibliometric analysis and mathematical statistic, the food safety research papers in China recorded in SCIE network data base from 1999 to 2009 were statistically analyzed from their quantity, publish year, periodicals distribution, institution, research topics and cited situations, aiming to find out the development status of the food safety research in China. The results indicated that there were increasing quantity of papers about food science and technology recorded in SCIE network database from 1999 to 2009, the increase was obviously accel erated after 2004.关键词
