珍珠粉中微量元素测定
Determination of the Trace Element in Pearl Powder
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] The reference for the research on the healthy function of pearl powder was provided through the determination of the content of several micro-elements in the product of pearl powder(Tongrentang Brand). [ Method] The content of Ca, Zn, Na, Fe, Mg, Cu,Mn and Sr was tested with atomic absoption spectrometry, respectively. [ Result] The results showed that the content of Ca, Zn, Na, Fe, Mg,Cu, Mn and Sr was 377 084 μg/g, 6.46 μg/g, 98.86 μg/g, 170.88 μg/g, 8.34 μg/g, 5.46 μg/g, 589.78 μg/g, 268.66 μg/g, respectively. [ Conclusion ] The content of Ca was highest among 7 trace elements; the content of Mn, Sr Fe and Na was also rich and the content of Zn, Mg and Cu was less in the product.关键词
