春石斛和铁皮石斛试管苗壮苗生根条件的优化
Optimization of the condition of rooting and shoot growth in the tissue culture of Dendrobium nobile and Dendrobium candidum

Abstract
The protocorms of Dendrobium nobile and Dendrobium candidum conserved for 5 years were used as the materials for the the orthogonal tests of optimization of the condition of rooting and shoot growth in the tissue culture of Dendrobium nobile and Dendrobium c andidum. Evaluating the plants from fresh weight, peseudobulb, colour, height, and roots, the results showed that the best medium for rooting and shoot growth of D. nobile was 1/2MS medium with 20 g · L-1 sugar and 50 g · L-1 banana homogenates, and the best medium for rooting and shoot growth of D. candidum tissue culture seedling was 1/2MS with 10 g · L-1 sugar关键词
