摘要

Abstract

Strain CJ001 was isolated and selected from sediment samples of breed aquatics pond in Wuhan. Based on its major morphologic, physiology-biochemistry characteristics and 16S rDNA sequence analysis, strain CJ001 was identified as Bacilluslicheniformis. The strain could degrade the chemical oxygen demand (COD) in aquacultural water effectively, especially at the time of 48 h ( with 86.8% degradation rote) or under the temperature of 30 ℃ ( with 85.7% degradation rate). According to the results of single-factor orthogonal test for culture optimization, the orthogonal experiment with 5 factors (brown sugar, com powder, bean, carbamide and NaH2PO4) and 4 levels was then carried out. The optimal medium was as follows: brown sugar 3%, compowder 1%,bean 3%, carbamide 0.25% and NaH2PO4 0.15%, respectively. Under the condition, 11.15 × 109 cfu bacteria per milliliter were obtained.
