Abstract
By adopting Goldstein model, the training demands of rural human resources in Guangxi Beibu Gulf was analyzed from the perspecfives of organization, task and personnel, the results indicated that the training should cover the stimulation of the initiatives to participate in training, the improvement of cultural, scientifical and technolgical quality as well as the cultivation of management capacity.关键词
